Setting up SoftPhone is easy: download the software on the computer of your choice and you will be ready to make calls. However, you can only download this software application from "My Account". How to use this service |

| First start by visiting the "My Account" page. Log in and select "Download" from the SoftPhone Section |

When prompted click "Run". After selecting this you will be prompted once more, select "Run" again.

Then click "Next".
NOTE: The SoftPhone requires Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5 SP1 which is an update supplied by Microsoft. If your Windows Operating System is up-to-date, you will not be required to perform this update. Please note that to perform this update you must be logged in as an administrator. When you get a system update window, make sure to follow complete instructions. Otherwise, skip to step 6.

Next, an internet browser window will pop up directing you to the download page. Click "Download". When a security window appears, Click "Run".

Select "I have read and ACCEPT the terms of the License Agreement" and click the "Install" button.

Wait for the installation process to finish and click the "Exit" button.

Click "Next" to use the default saving location for the application, or click "Browse" to change the location where the application will be saved.

Click "Next". Then Click "Install". Once the Installation is complete Click "Finish", to launch the application.

Your username and password are the same you use to enter BlueTone "My Account". If you do not have "My Account", you must register for "My Account" in order to use this software.

Enter your credentials carefully. You will get an error message if the username and password do not match.
